Video playback problems

The video you are trying to play is of streamed Windows Media Video (WMV) type.

On a Mac

You must install components that will allow Quicktime to play WMV video files.
Download and install Windows Media® Components for QuickTime here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx

After installation, make sure that the components are optimized for streaming. While video is playing in your browser, hold down Ctrl key and click in the video window to access the Plug-in Settings… On the Player tab, turn on the Create streaming movies option.

On Windows

The WMV format should be supported under Windows since it was developed by Microsoft. If you are having difficulties, updating to the current version of the Windows Media Player may be required. It can be downloaded from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx

Still not working

Many media players offer the possibility of reading network streams (URL).
Simply select and copy the direct video address from the textbox displayed under the video window and paste it in the field where the media player asks for URL of the network stream.

A multi-platform, multi-format and free media player that plays network streams of WMV format is the VLC Player.

It can be downloaded here:
